Made to Measure
I offer both bespoke and made-to-measure services for those looking for the perfect fit or wanting a custom design for a special occasion. Whether you need custom sizing or specific design adjustments, each piece is individually crafted to your measurements.
• Surcharge: Made-to-measure pieces have a 30%–50% surcharge on the base price, depending on the level of customization required.
• Production Time: Please allow an additional 3 weeks for made-to-measure orders.

If you’re unsure about sizing but don’t need full customization, I'm happy to guide you through our standard size range.
Delivery
Each piece is made to order with care in our studio. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be crafted and dispatched.
We ship from London within the UK using Royal Mail 48 tracked and signed, and worldwide using international tracked and signed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated Shipping Times:
• UK: 4-8 working days
• Rest of the World: 7-14 working days
Express Shipping
Express UK shipping is sent with Parcel Force on a 1 day service. Express international shipping is sent via UPS and can take up to 3/4 days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
As each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at sofia.sanchez.lingerie@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help.
